01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wwwbet platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means of electronic access — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the wwwbet platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and wwwbet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. wwwbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are intended to be read and understood in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the wwwbet platform and participation in any gaming or betting activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before or at the time of account registration and must continue to be satisfied for as long as you maintain an active account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the wwwbet platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. wwwbet takes the prohibition of underage gambling seriously and will carry out identity verification checks to confirm the age of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal. If at any time we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage access may be withheld.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the wwwbet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If wwwbet identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, all accounts may be closed, balances may be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support immediately.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current. wwwbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Geographic Eligibility

The wwwbet platform is designed for and directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. wwwbet does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all geographic locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

03 Account Responsibilities

As a registered player on the wwwbet platform, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you personally or carried out by a third party who gained access to your credentials.

Password and Credential Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. wwwbet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a request claiming to be from wwwbet that asks for your password, please treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

Unauthorised Account Activity

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify wwwbet immediately. Following notification, we will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include a temporary suspension while an investigation is conducted. wwwbet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arose due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Account Use for Personal Entertainment Only

Your wwwbet account is for your personal recreational use only. You may not use your account on behalf of any other person, business, or entity. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You may not use your account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to systematic betting strategies carried out on behalf of a third party for financial gain.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wwwbet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern the depositing and withdrawing of funds from your wwwbet account.

Accepted Payment Methods

wwwbet currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. Additional methods may be added at wwwbet's discretion. All payment methods are subject to individual transaction limits which are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by wwwbet at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits through their account settings will be subject to those personalised limits regardless of the platform default.

Withdrawal Requirements

Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) must be fully completed, including submission and approval of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where wwwbet explicitly permits an alternative at its sole discretion.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have met their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus claim may be withdrawn without wagering conditions.
• Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, restricted, or under investigation at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Processing Times

wwwbet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within two to five (2–5) business hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three (1–3) business days for card-based withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during investigations, or when additional documentation is requested. wwwbet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider after the funds have been released from the wwwbet platform.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wwwbet does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that occurs on the player's end (for example, via an international card) is the sole responsibility of the player and is subject to the exchange rates and fees of their card issuer or bank.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wwwbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The specific bonus amount, percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements are stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per player, household, and device. Existing players who create a new account to claim the welcome bonus again are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which define the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonus wagering:

• Bets placed on different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution percentages are stated per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings will be voided if the wagering deadline is not met.
• Only wagers placed with the bonus balance count towards wagering requirements. Wagers placed with real-money funds do not contribute to bonus wagering.
• wwwbet applies a "real money first" policy: when a player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their account, real-money funds are wagered first.

Bonus Abuse and Collusion

wwwbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk or zero-risk bets (such as betting both sides of a market) to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated activity with other players to exploit bonus offers. Such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Seasonal and Reload Promotions

wwwbet runs seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL, and the T20 World Cup. Reload bonuses and cashback offers for existing players are also available periodically. Each such promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over general bonus terms where there is a conflict. All promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at wwwbet's discretion without prior notice.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wwwbet platform operate under the rules established by their respective software providers. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of any conflict between game-provider rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

RNG Certification and Fair Play

All casino games offered on wwwbet — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG systems used by our game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random outcomes. wwwbet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on wwwbet, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, is governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to additional rules relating to network connectivity and real-time data availability. In the event of a disputed in-play bet result, the outcome determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., BCCI for IPL, ICC for international cricket) shall be considered definitive.

Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data-feed failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, wwwbet reserves the right to void affected bets and/or correct account balances. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous payout (for example, an odds display error resulting in an abnormally high payout offer) may be withheld pending investigation. wwwbet will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the wwwbet platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, market, and account tier. wwwbet reserves the right to impose personalised bet limits on any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of professional betting activity, exploitation of pricing errors, or unusual wagering patterns.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wwwbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or any other fraudulent activity directed at wwwbet or its players.
• Money laundering: Using the wwwbet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime. wwwbet maintains an anti-money-laundering (AML) programme and cooperates fully with lawful investigations.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, data-scraping tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information, fix outcomes, or otherwise manipulate game results, sports results, or bonus conditions.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or providing access to a person known to be under 18.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering. wwwbet will investigate all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery through legal means where appropriate.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

wwwbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard or via the support team.
• A formal request for account closure received from the player.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wwwbet will process any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (subject to identity verification) and close the account within five (5) business days. Players who request voluntary closure while a bonus is active will forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated wagering progress.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, if they feel that their gambling is becoming a problem — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available within their account dashboard. A self-exclusion request can set a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. For permanent self-exclusion, a cooling-off period of seven (7) days is applied before the exclusion can be reversed, in order to ensure the decision is considered rather than impulsive.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, responsible gaming related, or initiated by wwwbet — all active bets are settled at their natural conclusion (or voided at wwwbet's discretion if the closure is due to prohibited conduct). Real-money balances are refunded to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited. Account data is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
